If you change your mind or aren't happy with your HipBos order you can exchange or refund the purchase with no questions asked. Owing to the nature of the product and the time involved with creating these pieces, this excludes personalised, customised or bespoke items which are non-refundable.

 

Returned items must be returned in the perfect (unworn) condition, and in the original packaging, within 30 days. If the item is faulty shipping costs will be refunded, otherwise the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the sender.
