  • What are my payment options?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards through our secure check-out system. In addition, you can make payment through PayPal.
  • When will I receive my order?
    On average it takes 3-4 days to process an order as most our items are made to order, however we do try and beat this. Once we have received your order we will contact you with our current lead time and will keep you updated on the progress of your order and inform you of any delays. Once your order is made and in the post to you we will let you know all the tracking information so you will know when to expect it. Orders that consist solely of leathergoods that are already made and not customised products will be dispatched the next day.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we deliver to all international destinations. All items are sent via our shipping partners Lietuvos Pastas / Royal Mail / DPD . You may be required to sign for your items upon receipt.
  • I entered the wrong Shipping / Billing address, what do I do?"
    Oops! We understand mistakes happen though. Head on over to the Contact Us page and drop us a line with your name, order number and what needs to be changed and we’ll get it taken care of for you ASAP.
  • Are there any additional costs for International delivery? Is the price final?
    There will be no additional charges for local and EU orders, however due to international shipments, we must put the price on international shipment declaration form. So there might be additional charges.
  • Do you offer repairs on your products?
    We stand behind the high quality of our products but we understand sometimes things just happen. We offer free repairs to any HipBos product during the products lifetime. If you have an item that has a defect or needs repair, please contact us by filling up contact form.
